I'm not really sure what to say. Whenever people ask, you can't help but give an honest response. So are you sure you want to hear the honest truth?

Additionally, such a thing is usually best done via PM. It's more honest, as opinions are private, and don't affect anyone nearby in case something isn't as ... desired ... as it could be.
