hello everyone i had a question: there's a script that allow the player to choose a character with certain function ? I uses Tango.zh for that one and i was thinking one particuliar character that would fit with the Flare Blade
of course i would like to add a ffc that would automaticly warps the player only if the player choosen this characters. I had some things that i planning since long time and i think i'll use that script and the Flare Sword script i have for my old quest for re make it.
In this script when the player choose the custom character instead of Link the difficulty would be more harder and the player would double damages to the enemies but the player takes as well double damages making the quest harder if the player choose him. I was thinking also making a other start point in the quest that would be maybe very differant from the main map then for the original one.

Why is every single one of your requests a request to rip something off from a popular or recent quest? Just curious.

The main reason that i request so much script is because even when i did watching the tutorial i still cannot create my own script like i wanted too without getting fatal errors that may corrupts my quests.

No script will ever corrupt a quest. A save file yes, but those are easily recoverable with cheats.

I see but still. Why is cheat codes is needed for certain scripts anyway ? it must be a reason behind it and i'm not clearly understand why.

Never needed if you plan ahead. Just the thing with global variables where they get scrambled on an existing save file if you change them. If you want to get back to where you were on that save, you just cheat it in. You don't replay your entire quest every time you want to test part of a dungeon, right?
