Don't like any of them. Null Vote.

Okay... thanks for sharing this fantastic opinion with us... icon_sweat.gif

Anyhoo, I see some familiar tiles in CC's shot. Had to vote for it. icon_wink.gif The screen lacks detail, though I don't really know how you could improve it. Nice city shot.

Castchose: Good GFX good layout but i don't like futer quests

Moonwhisper : that is a great pure screen (well it looks pure) there is nothing worng with it so VOTE

Octorockoncrack : ok you have used the worng GFX for thebit around the side. Those GFX are for heages and not the bushes around the side of a wood

- CastChaos -

Good use of the graphics, but they don't really work well with the characters. Kinda empty, too. icon_unsettled.gif

- Speak with Bread -

:O Awesome. I'd vote for this no matter what the other competitors were.

- Octorockoncrack -

Uh- square, no detail, what? Even the BS set can have good details...

CastChaos:

Can't say I care for the dialog, or the genre-mixing, but it looks pretty good.

Moonwhisper:

A solid screen all around. icon_smile.gif Nothing shockingly new, but everything looks good. *Strong Bad voice* VOTED!!

Octorockoncrack:

Hmm... I don't recommend that use of hedges. They aren't meant to blanket the ground like that. You need brush. If nothing in New BS suits your needs, I recommend nabbing something from LTTP or DoR. Also, yes, that's quite a lot of tall grass; the amount of rupees and hearts that pop up will negate any challenge. Additionally, Nuvo's right; those logs look incomplete without their bottom half...not to mention they're completely green.

G'luck to ye.

I see... icon_sweat.gif

Oh well, im still in the process of learning how to add some good detail to screens. (I didnt even vote for myself! icon_heh.gif Moony got mine)

To everyone who commented on the logs: I dont see what you mean. icon_confused.gif If you are talking about how the logs end on the screen, it's because they act like doors, and they end on a different screen. I really didnt think about the tall grass there...

Thanks every one for your comments! icon_wink.gif

CastChaos's screenshot was the only one that gave me any interest, although I am sure that more detail to the gray walls on the hotel and the other gray parts could be done. So my vote goes to him.

Well, I know that there isn't THAT much detail in my screen, but first of all, the rarely used tiles make up for it, secondly, this is an event screen, you won't be able to walk around this area freely.

Seriously, I felt a big urge for playing MMDWRDC while making this screen, especially that I assigned the "MM2Title" music to this DMap...

Why would you wonder if the 179th edition of a topic that deals with ZQ on ZQ forums be a joke? Just kinda wondering...

EDIT: Ahh, were you talking about if CastChaos entry was a joke? Strangely worded.

I'm... I'm astounded that Twilight_Knight, who got a deeper explanation of my quest than the wider audience questions the seriousness of one of my greatest inventions. No hard feelings, I'm rather happy that confusion is also part of what my quest gets... the reaction palette widens...

For future reference: this isn't a joke, this is part of the compley events/scenes that lead from Hyrule to Inverted World. This screen isn't even the most astounding of the screens... If this is unbelievable, then everybody will faint from the rest... It's time to destroy all limits of ZC...

I voted for CastChaos's. So realistically urban. Plus, the subtle hint at a fish-out-of-water plot makes it all very funny. icon_kawaii.gif
