Bombchu explosion graphic?

The bombchus in the Firebird tileset are using the wand graphics when they explode, for whatever reason:

The enemy bomb graphics the L4 octoroks have are also using the wrong graphics, but I don't have a picture of that.

 

I've tried looking through the graphics -> sprites -> weapons/misc. list and adding in the missing animations, but I can't seem to see how I'd be able to get the proper animation to show up. Anyone know what the issue is?

They probably use the enemy bomb explosion sprites.

Okay, I did a bit more poking around and I was able to find the issue: the specific weapon/misc. animations that are used for the enemy bombs and bomb explosions [specifically, 76 and 77 for the enemy bombs and 78/79 for the explosions] were instead used for animations for the wand and L5 sword. Problem solved, I guess.

 

[God, this set has so many bizarre shortcomings and mistakes in its default state. Why would you go out of your way to overwrite preset misc. animations instead of just going to make a new one?]

Damn. I wish the Firebird set would be fixed (and finished) :O
