[Architect Abdiel]

Thanks for the responses. I will be sure to address any of them when I make this all official.

I will go ahead and address the major ones with simple, straight forward answers.

Partner projects are fine.

For what ywkls said. I'm not gonna be terribly picky on what you can and can't do. In fact, this contest's only major rule is using the metroidvania theme.

You can absolutely make your own stuff for your quest. No limitations there.

To Sheik, I am restricting it to metroidvania because I like the idea of a themed contest.

Anyways, I have what I want together in terms of rules. I will post them soon.

For the time being, you are free to do planning if you so choose to. The only restriction I'll give is to not start making screens yet.
