I'd like to free up some button space so that the player could use more items than two at a time.

My math is horrible so help me out here. PSUEDOCODE:

when swordbutton is pressed
    if Link faces Up
        Create sword lweapon at left of Link
        Animate Link (Cresent slashN)
        Move sword lweapon to upleft position
        Move sword lweapon to up position
        move sword lweapon to up right position
        move sword lweapon to right position
...


Damage is proportional to which weapon he has Animation also varies based on which weapon he's weilding. If its a sword, he'll do the cresent slash, if its his fist, it'll just be a jab. Swords also vary in size, for example, the wooden sword and the fist have a short range, while the White, and Master swords have a longer range. There is also a sort of Biggoron Sword, which has a length of 3. It is the penultimate weapon in range and power.

Also, I want to make Link jump on both the overhead and sideview maps with another button. Anyone care to help me out here?
