technically yes, but it's not actually pee. it's just water

 

now if the pipes were delivering pee on the other hand...

One could argue that hot water with some minerals/ impurities in it isn't unlike piss. if we pay for water, we are technically simps for the municipality cause we are literally paying for hot showers to rain upon us. I feel like peeing in the drain is just fair trade.

What bothers me is the littering.  Why can't they just empty the jug in some sidewalk median.  The rain will wash it all off.
