8-bit NES with the original Zelda 2 sprite palette prefered. I'll be using the new enemy tiles by the way. icon_smile.gif

And what of it... I rather use 16x16 enemies. It's simpler that way. Not everyone enjoys using scripting if they don't have to. icon_smile.gif

Never the less, those only contains the original side facing sprites. If I was too use them I'll need up and down facing ones as well. Anf profile sprites don't go well in a overhead view game. We all know that.

I've gotten a 100 views but no offers so I'm going allow for people to do just the ones they think they can do. Hopefully that way if I get enough offers I'll have a decent pool of enemy tiles to select from.

hmmm.... Why don't you find that zc grid template floating around on this site, cut out the enemies and make the background transparent, put the grid on a layer below the enemy, if you are using P.Shop or something, and size the enemy sprite down to fit in a 16 x 16 space. Then just remove the grid and save the pic in a zc compatible file format.

Because Z2 enemies are profile only. I would still need font and back facing images. This isn't much that I'm asking.

Whew! This was a tough one! Took me quite a while:

I think the idea of Zelda 2 enemies in Zelda 1 graphics is very cool.
I'd love to know how you set up this enemy (beyond the graphics).

Thanks, I love it. Here's how I plan on going about setting this enemy. Using a script I plan to toggle it's defenses using npc->Defense[] and assigning the original tile to the tile to be used with npc->OriginalTile. I'll post the script when I get it working.

Umm... It's still a jpeg. Have you tried either photobucket or imageshack?

The filename is showing as jpg for whatever reason, but that is actually a gif.
