And then I clicked on the "Donloads Page" at the ZC home page and downloaded ZC/ZQv2.10

As for the episode, I want to say that it aired around October 14, 2004, if you want to see it.

I had gotten Zelda Classic for my Daughter's Gameboy and was looking for maps for here and during my search I ran across AGN and found it. It wasn't till a while longer that I discovered Pure. I was on the search for music and ran across it there.
Ah yes the good 'ole days.
Zelda Classic for GameBoy? Did I overlook something...?
I once discovered an earlier version of ZC (earliear than 2.10) on the family computer. I made a standard LoZ quest and didn't know that it has ANY internet references. The program got deleted somehow, but when I knew that I will get a laptop, I made a search and found AGN. When I got my laptop, I downloaded it. Since AGN didn't allow direct uploads from a computer, I needed a place to host my quests. Somebody offered PureZC for the job. I thought it was just a free filespace provider! Then I learned about things going on and the rest is history...

The story ends there, because that's how I found out about Zelda Classic and PureZC. You don't want a PureZC life story from me.

I remember seeing that OoT remake that Dampe was doing way back when and hearing that he was using ZC... so I downloaded it! Later, I found out he was actually using RPG maker so it was a little ironic.
Ironic, I was going to do the same recently on RM2k3, but decided against it.
As for my encounter with ZC, I came across it while playing DFW's Meagman Torunament RPG (On RM2k3, if you're interested in trying it.), got one of the game discs for beating a tourney, and saw some screenies of her work. The shots sparked my interest, so I decided to try it in google, and viola! I found it and have been using it for quite some time now.
