Are u sure it comes out when it's done? I thought they released programs before they were done.

That's what happened with 2.10, with unfortunate consequences; we're trying to avoid another such fiasco this time.

Good point, DarkDragon. As Shigeru Miyamoto, our forefather, said...

"A delayed game is eventually good; a bad game is bad forever."

Look at how long they delayed games like Kirby's Dream Land, Ocarina of Time, and Twilight Princess... THOSE were great games that were improved to perfection before release.

They'll get done with 2.5, it'll knock our socks off, and we'll all be happy. In time.

Yeah and all the developers are working in their spare time to get this done. They're not getting payed or anything so it might be another year for it to come out, or it might come out next week, no one knows yet.
