In order to keep the various threads regarding this sprawling series of quests (both finished and in progress) better organized and to provide a general overview to the plot as well as links to the various help topics for each as they develop; I'm creating this thread.
The Four Lands- Overview
When originally conceived, this was going to be one long quest with an adventure spanning four main regions- Holodrum, Hyrule, Labrynna and Termina. As the first in the series developed, it became clear that separate games would be required and it was broken up accordingly. The basic idea and plot has remained the same throughout.
Part 1- Balance of Nature
Called by a mysterious voice, Link finds himself in this distant land where a piece of the Triforce has been used to lock away the power to control the Seasons. Explore 19 dungeons with a variety of styles and items; encountering 10 bosses unique to this quest and find all 25 hidden Crystalline Flames along with a 10 part Trading Sequence to get the best ending.

Part 2- Passage Through Time
On the night after his return from Holodrum, Link is called to a meeting with Nayru; Oracle of Ages. Attacked by a mysterious entity, the Triforce is stolen and used to stop the advancement of time. Given the Harp of Ages, Link can travel between 4 different times of day to save his home.
All bosses and mini-bosses are scripted. 15 dungeons, 50 hidden gold skulltulas, 10 hidden cutscenes, 10 hidden Golden Beasts and a 20 step trading sequence. Two possible endings.

Part 3- Destiny of the Oracles
Upon returning to Labyrnna, Nayru watches as Link is taken by unseen forces and is charged with restoring the Hero by the ancient Goddess she is named after. Given the Magical Mirror, you can switch between controlling her and Din; who must venture into a twisted Mirror World that is the source of the evil they fight. 17 required and 3 optional dungeons. 10 hidden Crystalline Beasts. 10 hidden mini-games. 10 Lost Letters to collect and deliver. 10 Lost Fairies to guide home. 16 step trading sequence. 3 possible endings.

Part 3.5- Remembrance of Shadows
Set at an indeterminate time, this story takes up to the island of Koholint. There, Marin is granted a strange blade known as the Shadow Splitter which lets her enter the dreams of its residents. With the guidance of the Wind Fish, she is sent on a quest to gather the instruments of the Sirens in order to stop this threat to her home and find a way to join the company of a group of heroic figures from across time and space as they gather to stop the evil which they all face. 9 required and 10 optional dungeons. 9 hidden bosses. 10 hidden attack upgrades. 10 part trading sequence. 20 Secret Seashells. 8 Hidden Rings. 2 possible endings.

Part 4- Shattered Dreams
With aid of Din and Nayru; the hero is restored and journeys to Termina. Together with numerous others, Link must stop the architect of these disasters; a malevolent being with the power of Demise, the terror of Majora and the deception of the Nightmare.
