Inside Chapters - Chapter 6: Miner Thing

I am sorry I didn't show anything in 2017. I wanted to take a step back and polish the entire package before making the game. Now, I know I actually did Level 1 and Level 2ish and made some areas, but the big thing I want to make sure in my game is to make sure everything is balanced. I worked on Tiles, adding Dungeon Tiles, Overworld Tiles, Sprites, Setting up the Combos for this tileset, Palettes, Scripts, and now just completed the Dialogue scripts. So, 2018 is going to be the year where I don't have to deal with the background stuff and I can do what I love... designing. I have been planning this game for such a long time and remaking some of the first spots and making sure it makes sense.
2018 is going to be the year where I either A. Release this Quest or B. Release a Demo at the end of the Year (Fallish). So, I'm crossing my fingers. Let's see how it goes. But in the meantime, I will be showing my progress every month until the release with Inside Chapters. This Chapter is about Mine Carts. Mine Carts are not uncommon in the Zelda series, but I wanted to make them a little more functional in this game. In late 2014 I made Mine Carts and tracks being another one of the primary ways to travel between the Cloud Islands.

Its about time you released another inside chapters. ok joking aside im hyped for the release of the demo/quest anytime soon and just so you know i hope that you will feel great with what you made and know that you made a lot of people happy!

Sounds fantastic! The minecart is a great mechanic too. It'd be good if you could use items while inside it. Nice job on getting graphics, palettes, engine and everything ready. Personally I find that the most fun part, while actually level designing is harder. xd But yeah good luck!

Only a couple of items are able be used like Bow and Arrow, Boomerang, Sword, and an unannounced item are the only items able to be used while on the minecart.
But yeah, Level Design and Overworld Design have always been my favorite, so I am excited.

"Miner" Thing. Heh, I see what you did there.
This looks pretty great. I was honestly thinking this quest had died, but instead it pulled a BotW, and just went away for about a year. Keep it up, and have fun!

i diddnt do much to Power Seal in 2017 either so thats okay.
EDIT: i watched the video and realized i said some bullcrap
What i MEANT to say was, 2018 may be a better year for my quest too so i feel you on 2017 being a drag

So about the plain of release a demo, it will still happen??
