Is there a way to alter the overlay that appears when using the Lens of Truth? I can't find any tiles or sprites.

Is there a way to alter the overlay that appears when using the Lens of Truth? I can't find any tiles or sprites.
Like, the circle? Or the hint overlays?
The circle, no, it's a circle.
The overlays take their tiles from items.
