Personaly, I think SADX is much better.

After playing the Sonic Heroes demo... I don't know. the whole thing just seemed terribly... boring to me. I have no urge to play it- but I sadly bought a Dreamcast when it first came out, and Sonic Adventure was my first game for it.
I still prefer the original Dreamcast version though.
