Many of us have had all sorts of food in our lifetime, but this is all about your routines and habits:  What do you tend to eat most often, to the point where it's a regular routine?

For me...

Breakfast: either cereal (something high in iron, like multi-grain cheerios or honey bunches of oats) or greek yogurt - and with a cup of coffee

Lunch: usually a salad, but sometimes it might be something leftover from dinner

Dinner Main Dish: This varies the most, each usually once a week or once every other week: some kind of pasta with red sauce and meatballs, jumbalaya, fried haddock, rotisserie chicken, meatloaf, rice and beans, or chicken tenders

Dinner Side:  rice, couscous, french fries, or mac and cheese

Dinner Vegetable: steamed broccoli, carrots, spinach, or green beans

If I have to work an evening class, it's something easier for dinner, such as a frozen pizza or frozen stir fry that I heat up in a skillet.

I never use a microwave oven.  Once in a rare while I might order Chinese food.

It's not ideal, but I don't tend to eat a separate breakfast and lunch. Usually, I'll have a piece of fruit, some kind of juice, a protein bar, and / or some multivitamins.

For dinner, I've embraced meal preparation. I use a crockpot to make a bunch of food at once, package it in tupperware, and then alternate the pre-cooked meals throughout the week. Usually I'll make sweet and sour chicken and rice, lasagna, chicken alfredo, etc. Bagged salads go on the side. It's cheap and easy.

My eating habits are also less than ideal, but I do try to be somewhat healthy.

Typically, I eat a small breakfast, usually something like eggs, cottage cheese, sausages, milk, juice, sometimes leftovers, whatever really.

On days I work, I usually buy a prepared meal at work for lunch, but sometimes I'll go to other places around if I have time. I get a pretty nice discount so it's not quite as expensive as it might sound.

Sometimes I don't eat lunch if I have a large breakfast, which is common on days I don't go to my regular job. That's not to say I won't have some snacks here or there. Nuts, olives, cheese, crackers, stuff like that. Sometimes I'll just eat a whole tomato, or avocado.

Dinner is usually around 8 or 9 pm for me, and I just make whatever. I try to cook actual meals, and not buy a lot of prepared stuff, but sometimes you just don't have time, and need something quick, and sometimes comforting.

I also eat what's probably considered a lot of fast food tbh. I'd say three meals a week are fast food.

EDIT: Also yes, crock-pots are awesome. Pressure cookers (like the Insta-pot) are also really awesome, and you can make beef stew in like an hour, and it's good.

Or,

Spoiler
