I've actually just realised that this has kinda been gone for the last few months or so. It was cool listening to these every Sunday, so is there any chance that this will be picked up again sometime in the future?

I would definitely like to see podcasts discussing the contest and the expo.

Interesting that we didn't have that much interest while we were doing this, but now there's a lot of people really wanting it to come back.

 

In all seriousness, both Justin and I had pretty busy summers with him being out of town a lot and me getting a new home.  After that, it's just been hard to find time to come together for it.  We've talked, and we may start this back up, but we'll probably be adjusting the format a bit.  Honestly, doing this once a week was really, really time consuming because we pretty much lost a quarter of our weekends.  So, if we do, it'll probably be just do slightly longer shows once a month.  We're also thinking about some other changes, but we'll let everyone know when we come up with something solid.

We will be devoting 20 minutes every week to me reviewing the lint that is caught in my dryer. If the podcast falls on a week where I haven't done laundry, LTM will instead spend 10 minutes lecturing me on putting my chores off.

Why not make occasional podcasts? Like specifically related to PureZC events?

 

I believe I tried to contact LinkTheMaster to pitch this idea at him, but he didn't respond at the time, and I just forgot. I guess we're all just very busy people. lol

 

For example, with the Expo here, you can do a couple of Expo Podcasts to discuss the various submissions. Maybe in a couple of months you can do a Christmas Podcast, and so on and so on. It's unfortuante that you missed the contest with quests such as Freedom of Chains and others.

 

My favorite parts of your podcasts were listening to interviews with other PureZC members, and also the parts where you play people's quests and discuss your thoughts about them.

 

Last year you guys played expo quests and discussed your thoughts about those, and that was at the height of my interest in the Zcast. 

 

I'd like to bet that Zcast will also get more interested viewers when of course there is something exciting in PureZC going on to discuss about.

Podcasts don't necessarily need to be regular. They can be themed and based around site events.

 

Would be better if the Podcast had more official site support.

It is unlikely this is going to be revived.

Yes, at this point it has been off for quite some time.  I don't see it returning, unless it was hosted by other people who are interested in doing such a thing.
