I'll number the flowers 1-4, with number 1 being relative to the left side of the screen and the numbers ascending from left to right.Try burning the #4 flower first. Then, you will need to burn flower #2 and flower #1 in that order. What makes this a tough puzzle is that to burn flower #2, you need to send the flame in such a way that your character can move into a clear spot and thus get past the barrier that gets raised by burning the flower, before the flame triggers flower #2. You will then need to use the same technique of carefully moving to a clear spot before the flame triggers flower #1. If you do this puzzle right, you don't even need to touch flower #3.

The hint CMC2000 gave me was a good one. In case you just want the answer:

Each arrow block points directly at the whack-a-mole to be hammered and it has to be done in a specific order. The arrows are ordered from top to bottom and left to right.

1 2 3
4 5 6

Therefore, hammer the whack a mole that arrow "1" points to first, then hammer the whack-a-mole that arrow "2" points to, and so on.

So I've been playing this for a little while and I'm stuck on this puzzle. I've been trying it for a while but I'm completely stumped. It's probably something simple, but I'm just not seeing it.

Any Ideas?

First, the orange block goes to the tile with the 3 blue and red arrow symbols. Second, the black block goes to the tile with the black and brown squiggly lines. Finally, the blue block goes to the tile between the other two. There is a secret chime to let you know you're placing the blocks in the right order. This puzzle is a little too obscure IMO - both in terms of the order you have to place the blocks and in that the on screen hints aren't helpful.

Even reading the hints, this room's logic eludes me. 

Am I missing an item here? I have the bird ,snake, bunny, wizard, hookshot, hammer and cloak.

That room's one of three hints for another room. In particular, that room tells you where to start relative to the dug hole.

I found where to start, however, I'm still stumped as to what to do.

I tried to follow the hint, and assumed he was referring to the area highlighted in red as "those (image) tiles". Didn't seem to work.

Next, I combined the hint one screen right with the hint one screen left and one down to form the yellow highlighted area and tried to walk as shown by the arrows, but that didn't seem to be

the solution either.

On the one screen with the key making on the screen. Use the one tile to know where to start, then go left 2 times, then up 2 times, then left 4 times and then a chest will appear.

The solution was that simple...

All the hints overlap by one tile!

Here I was matching scenery, dirt types, the fences, the lava...

Could anyone help me or give me advice in the room with 4 switches and number tiles in Ganon's Tower F2?

The number tiles always turn to 0 before I hit the rightmost one with hammer, by running as quick as possible.

Don't hammer the easy hammer peg at the bottom of the screen before you do the one you were referring to, that way when you go up there then you can use the hookshot on the hammer peg at the button of the screen for some invisible frames and then hammer it!

Now I'm stuck on the 2 puzzles in City in the Sky F1.

How can I get clues or hints for them?
