YAAAAYYY Yaaaay YAAAAAY!!!!"

I cant waits \0~^/  This was my Most Fave Zelda Game of all time.* //// <3

However, i think they should have done a Fully - Expanded 3D world not just 2D top down.

Looks Cartoony though.*

However i saw this long ago.

Meh, the original GB art was way cooler than this remake -o- LA doesn't need a remake.

I....the art's just kinda meh.  It's not bad, but, I would've thought they'd have gotten closer to the concept art style.  Sort of that 90s anime look, with orange-brown hair Link and no pants.

The art style kinda reminds me of Little Big Planet.

But I guess we kind of have to give them some credit right?  It does kiiiiinda look like the art style seen in the Link's Awakening DX Photos, right?  ...maybe a stretch.

I'm a huge huge fan of the Gameboy pixel artstyle and I gotta say this is a very respectable and faithful upgrade. I can't wait for this.

But I guess what'll ultimately matter in the end isn't the art style they chose, but how the game plays.  So as long as they get that right, I can't really see this being a bad remake, despite the art style. I'm also curious what they'll actually add to this, to incentivize people to buy the game, who already own the original DX edition.  What will this game offer that the original doesn't?

For Pokemon FireRed and HEartGold, the choice was easy, since there was a plethora of new content on top of the new graphics.

I won't bother commenting on the graphics, but I'm fascinated by the music choice in the video. It's very amateurish, slightly out of tune yet authentically Japanese. It's obvious that this was intentional too. I'm curious if the in-game music sounds like this or if it's for the sake of the ad. If it does, it could add a very whimsical, light-hearted feel to the game, which actually seems appropriate for LA.

At least i hope they increase the boss difficulty and add an Hero Mode. The original has probably some of the easiest, most pathetic bosses in the franchise, with the Angler Fish probably being the easiest boss in the series.

And hopefully they do away with the constant item switching. Maybe make the shield always on Link, the bracelet being context sensitive and more item slots to put more items for quick access.

That intro was pretty darn amazing (even though I'm not big on LTTP, LA and Oracles Link all being the same Link) and then we get to the gameplay and yeah... can't say I'm a fan of that art style, especially for one of the more serious of Zelda games in terms of story.

If they nail the game feel and it runs at 60FPS when docked, then that will be very cool to see and significantly increase the odds of us seeing remakes of the Oracle games.

I was interested in this remake....until I saw the in-game graphics. Very jarring to go from anime-like opening to....everyone looking like a plastic toy and Link moving like a wind-up toy.

I think I'll pass on this remake. Might change my mind if they add new things in the game. Time will tell if the graphics of this remake can pull off what Wind Waker's graphics were able to do 16 years ago (Remember when Wind Waker was first revealed and people hated it's cartoony graphics? But then that game came out and was really good and people accepted the "Toon Link" graphic style as part of Zelda?).

It does look like 'A Link Between Worlds' graphics though.

Plus the gameplay looks like you are controlling a TOY version of link in a Toy world.

I would have loved a Darker much more serious take in 3D on this world, which is a completely missed opportunity.

(Imagine a serious title like Twilight princess - being a Top down Toy Link like setting.)

I'm feeling some strong Wind Waker deja vu.
