Sad news for our PureZC gaming community. Last Sunday, on Mother’s Day, our dear friend Artistic passed away after a long battle with illness. For the sake of her family’s privacy, her true name and details will be withheld. But the essence of her character was known to many of us who played the Zelda games. She tirelessly assisted anyone who asked for help in the discussion forums, patiently directing the lost or frustrated player, often with humor. What can be said is that she was a loving wife, mother, and a grandmother. Please have a fond thought of her when you play again, knowing that we were only one tiny facet of the truly immense and caring life in which we were privileged to share a part. May she rest in peace, we shall all miss her.

I never talked to her much but she always seemed like a nice and helpful person when I saw her posts. May she rest in peace. :(

What a shame. She and Elise were big supporters of my older quests and I feel that's another part of my history here on PureZC taken away just like that.

Damn, that's sad. I remember when she helped me several times when i asked for help in several quest threads. She seemed like a really nice person.

This is really sad to hear. I didn't know Artistic personally, or talk to her much, but I do recall her being quite active and helpful in the custom quest forums. :(

I hope she's in a better place, and no longer suffering. Rest in peace.

Truly sad news. She was one of the first PureZC members to be interested in my early quests, and her support encouraged me to keep making more. I will miss her :(

That's pretty shocking to hear. I deeply appreciated how she took the time to help as many people as possible through all those help threads over the years. May she rest in peace.

that's awful... my interactions with her were brief, but i do remember her beating me to the punch a lot in my own quest help threads, haha.  she was always super knowledgable and helpful.  i've always quietly admired the sort of kind & helpful little sub-community of quest players she was a part of, and to lose her is to lose a valuable part of that community.  may she rest well

Yes, it felt like losing Elise all over again, I felt deeply about both.

She was one of my favourite ZC players, one who always were there at custom quest discussions and always went to great lengths in helping players and authors alike.

She made this whole quest experience so much better for all.

Now I couldn't play a quest without thinking about her.

Wow.....Not only was she talented at quest making but she was there to help any one who asked for help even with quests that she didn't make. My thoughts and prayers go to her family at what is one of the most difficult time of their lives.
