Oh yes, speaking of which. Should the head be vulnerable if the hands are around, or only when they're gone? Should the hands respawn at any point?

(Easiest way to do it is have head always vulnerable; hands never respawn; hands also die when head does)

Edit: Here's my 'outline' of the boss's behavior:

Movement: Head moves sideways while always facing down (I know you had wanted it to be able to turn, but I don't think that's a good idea), and has limited vertical movement as well.

Attacks:

1. Head occasionally shoots a group of aimed energy balls (like in WW)

2. Hands occasionally move in front of you and punch

3. Hands occasionally move in front of you and shoot a beam

When not attacking, hands hover in the vicinity of the head.

Head vulnerable when hands destroyed, and hands never respawn.

Just to reassure you that I am making progress:

Script so far

This is harder than I anticipated. Oddly enough, it's the graphics that have me the most perplexed. Can some Ghost.zh scripter tell me what's wrong with my transform and Ghost_Data changes?

I'll probably release it to the DB when I'm done with it. I just need to figure out my weird graphics issues, then it should be done-ish.

I know this was almost a year ago, but did you actually fix that problem?

I think I can answer your question for you, Moscow. In transform, you have the 3rd and 4th arguments (which are combo and cset) set as -1, and you are using ghost_transform improperly. If you need to change the height and width, try Ghost_Height and Ghost_Width. If you must use Ghost_Transform, change the -1's (yes, I know it's for keeping it the same) so the actual value of the combo and cset.

I dunno if MM saw that message, but that solves the problem. Want me to PM him or something?

If that solves your problem then you can post the fixed script if you like. Otherwise, case closed I guess.

Can someone edit and fix this script I guess? I'm not the scripting type.

Sure.

Script

Not tested, but I believe this should solve your problem.

Also, how do you name spoilers?

For some reason Ghost_Height and Ghost_Width seems to be undeclared. It's error S09. I have ghost.zh imported.

EDIT: It needs to be Ghost_Tilex, not Ghost_x.
