Here's one that I am currently using... it's meant to be a "default" palette of sorts, something nice and neutral. I went with a high contrast, medium saturation scheme that makes things look nice and poppy but not too bright. It does use #000000 black, so keep that in mind when pairing it with a custom main palette or other level palettes.
It uses CSet 2 and 3/4 of CSet 3. You're free to add an alternate gray color to CSet 3 and do whatever you want with 4.

Those modifications are great... I'm not sure how Marshmallow Haterade is derived from my palette, but I'd really like to use it somewhere. It's very relaxed.
In spirit it is. Basically I took your palette and gone bonkers. (I'm not even sure if I'm serious about the Marshmellow palette.)
Also, I tried to fix the sign in your screen:

Edit: Dargonite, anything you could use for your moutain here yet?

Thanks, a lot of teh stuff I'm working with right now are just placeholders for finished products that I need to go back to later.

How do I use these palettes?
Somebody else made a thread about it:

I need a palette for this area, perhaps something similar to the bright new, bright bluey, or mist palette made by Evile.

@Yoshimi: So, are you having second thoughts about the Marshmallow one? I can still add it to the pallettes if you want.
@Dragonite: I wish I could import your screen so I could just modify the pallettes and not worry about recreating the screen, but I think that's only possible when importing/exporting whole maps... Otherwise, I might have a quick answer for you.
Does everything on your screen use CSet 2? (A quick way to check is press the "Q" button in ZQuest; it displays the CSet number over each combo. If you press it a second time it displays another number, but I don't know what it's for. Press it a third time to make it disappear.)

That's the best I can do Dragonite. I've made a bunch of palettes by now and if none of them suits your needs I'm afraid I simply can't do it. I hope this one helps, though.
