So, it started in chat today... we were all toalking about game stuff (as usual). Namco's Tales series, then to MegaManX, then somehow it shifted to SMRPG where I then got the sudden urge to play again. However, I thought, "Why not take screens of all my cool stuff? Afterall, this is the single only game I've ever mastered."
Along with some Sonic Adventure 2 screens and one F-Zero GX screen, here's Super Mario RPG:

-=Super Mario RPG=-
- My Files

As you can see, the one highlighted is a low-level run at the end of the factory before Smithy. Level 12 is the lowest you can get, which is fighting only bosses throughout the game. The above file is Mario at the beginning of the game at level 30 -- this file and the above are done by playing through the game getting level ups without saving, then dying -- you go back to your last save but retain all your exp. The file above that is the whole party at level 30 at Marrymore, right after Booster's wedding (I used the file to take screens of stuff below). And the one above it not on screen is my perfect lvl30 everything in the game file.

Here is the menu of file #3.

Of course, no mastering of SMRPG is complete without getting these items. icon_wink.gif I'll admit, it takes tons of practice and knowledge of how Super Jumps work, but once you get past 50, you're good to go from there. I've got both of these items on files 1, 2, and 4 (on 2 I've done the jumps but haven't gotten the items. I played thsi file today and ran all the way up to Land's End to take these screens).
The last image is the status screen with it being worn by Mario, and the message below reading "A truly fine suit!"

- Result of Mario Wearing Attack Scarf and Super Suit
Well for one, all stats +80 and speed +60. Mario's speed is a total of 80, and look what happens when you go up against Culex with them on...

Mario gets to attack before he even speaks and pulls out the crystals. icon_wink.gif

-=Sonic Adventure 2: Battle=-
Now, this game can be quite aggravating to get all 180 emblems and even a Chaos Chao. People have denyed the fact I've done this, and here are my images to prove them wrong.

- 180 Emblems
http://el.saltedfork...f/sonicaii1.JPG
260 hours, 41 minutes, 4 seconds. 180 emblems. Believe it.

- 180 Emblems Reward
For getting all of the emblems, you unlocked a 3D-rendered version of Green Hill zone Act 1 from the first Sonic. Here are the screens (the first beign the shot of it on the map ('?' mark in the bottom left)).

- Chaos Chao's
http://el.saltedfork...f/sonicaii5.JPG
Yes, I have five of them. 2 neutral, 2 dark, 1 light. The white chao (second from the bottom right) was going to be an original-colored Chaos light chao... but I never got around to finishing it.

-=F-Zero GX=-
I can't show much as even record times don't show much to thsoe that don't know the staff ghost times. However, I'm honest with what I achieve and I'll tell you what I've done. I've beaten 21/26 of the staff ghosts, and unlocked everything (even all the movies for each character for beating master mode with them) else except for the three AX custom parts that you can only get from the arcade (which I WILL as I hear there is finally one in the mall out here). However, I think a shot of all the cars speaks for myself...
http://el.saltedfork...stuff/f0gx1.JPG

Well, that's all my crap I'm proud of. I'm sure you all expected some Metroid stuff, but while I got some good times, they're really crap compared to the world records out there. MZM is probably my best one, but I don't enve know what the best 100% is anymore.

So, anybody else got shots of crazyness you've done? If so, post 'em!

Holy. Crap.

I love Super Mario RPG to pieces, I was NEVER EVER able to do the 100 jump. EVER.

You're a god to me now. I could never do that for some reason. Amazing...

If I could, I'd get a screenshot of my Resident Evil 4 speedrun of 2 hours and 46 minutes with the special weapons.. It's not the best, but I'm pretty proud of it. Maybe I will..

Pretty impressive stuff.

Damn man, if I could post my SSB Speedrun through the 1P mode on Very Hard, I would. ... ... Actually, I probably can, assuming I can get the emulator to work. (Yay for legally owning the game!)

Do we need to post proof of our achievements, like Exate did, or is everyone here deemed honest and trustworthy? For what it's worth, mine would be:

1. Beating Mike Tyson's Punch Out on the first try from start to finish after not playing it for 5 years in front of a raucous crowd of people.
2. A buddy and I winning Contra without losing a single life.
3. Beating Friday the 13th......I'm sure almost no one played this but it was freaking hard!
Also, I'm fairly certain I could beat anyone in Wrestlemania 2000 for the N64.

Fairly meager, but one does what one can. icon_biggrin.gif I don't have the drive or dedication to perfect anything anymore.... icon_razz.gif

Oh yeah, I'd forgotten about that. One afternoon, I decided to make a ZSNES Run of Contra III Alien Wars. It took me about three hours, but I beat it from easy mode to the hardest mode in one sitting. This isn't my page, but it's what it looks like: Contains Spoilers, Obviously. I believe I did take a few screenies at home though.

Same. I played it, but never really liked it. I beat it, then set it aside to focus on Mario Bros 3.

F-Zero GX
Almost exactly what was said above, but I'll put it down here again just to make me feel more important. icon_razz.gif I hope you don't mind.
  • All crafts unlocked (unless there is an exclusive AX one)
  • All story mode levels complete on all difficulty levels
  • Master mode movie unlocked for all characters
  • All parts unlocked (except for those three AX ones)
  • Majority of staff ghosts beaten (17 total).
I'd also like to mention that there was absolutely no snaking (or other cheating techniques) used to achieve these. I play fair and square, and you'll have to take my word for it.

I'm absolutely terrible at all other games. icon_blah.gif

EDIT: Double-checked staff ghost beating.

maybe not so big compared to the others, but yesterday, I successfully destroyed all the death hands in the first stage of Life Force (NES) without dying once. something I've been attempting for quite awhile.

Now, to beat all 3 loops of the game.

oh, also, I beat the first and second stages of the difficult MSX version of the game.
anyone who's ever played it should know how hard it is.

Sacred Grounds Record

It was on a slow computer, but I'm still proud of it.

Edit: I broke 5 minutes! And on a normal-speed computer, too!

I once beat R-Type without dying once! Go me!!!

And it was the real, TG-16/PCE version, not the crappy SNES/Genesis versions.

If only I could do screenies. Well, in FF6, I've acquired all the characters in the World of Ruin at lowest levels possible. Unfortunately, I should've tried beating the game with those low levels. Instead, I opted for uber godly characters instead. Not done with all the characters, but I think a Locke with 158 speed stat might be proof enough. ^_^

I made it to the 2nd battle with Pronyma (and won) in Tales of Symphonia, without ever equiping any new weapons (only the weakest) no armor, and no other equipments. No exgems either.
The Sylph battle took longest of all, over half an hour X_X.
I just couldn't defeat Iggy after spending most of my items in the Pronyma battle, so in te end I had to cheat and equip the weapons I found on the road there. I just barely managed to defeat him after running out of life bottles and gels, using Regal (the rest was dead, heh).
You should try it some day icon_razz.gif It goes from easy to hard, to harder, to "you must be insane to keep doing this". Especially the arena battle is evil.

(Then I defeated final boss #1, and ran out of items again for final boss #2. So close!)
Oh, and Mr. Origin's seal guy is impossible to do without a better sword than the Wooden Swords. o_O;
Origin was easy though.

Sorry to state the obvious, but that is freaking insane! icon_eek.gif Did you fight......uh......the Devil's Arms guy (edit: Abyssion)? It took all I had to beat him normally!

I beat Fire Emblem 7: The Blazing Sword (Just plain Fire Emblem for the GBA here in the US) on my GBA, without losing a single character, on hard mode. twice.
but that's about it.
