It's a really good game and even after beating it, I'm still having fun collecting moons.

Super Mario Odyssey blew me away. I didn't expect to love the game this much. They did a great job with the mechanics.

I'm still hearing different numbers for the total amount of moons.

Wouldn't it be 2 extra moons per triple moon? That should mean 44/2 = 22 triple moons, which would make sense.

Huh, yeah that makes a lot more sense. I didn't really think about that, but yeah :heh:

We were all so distracted by the Mario nipples, but did any of us stop to think about how this may be the first time we're seeing Mario's hands and feet in an official game? 14om9zO.png

Wow, so I just watched the Son of a Glitch for this game, and we may have a contender with Mario Sunshine for most out of bounds clips, and general wackiness of the glitches. I didn't know the game had this many glitches, it feels really polished, but then again, I wasn't trying to break it. The ones that caught my eye in particular pertain to the final post game level. You can freeze all action besides Mario in the level, but the coup de grace here is the ability to use frogs to literally skip the level. Like wow <- obvious spoilers.

This guy has an interesting review for Odyssey. I'll say now, it is two hours (but I watched it at 1.5 speed) so better get some hot chocolate or something, and buckle in. I still love this game to pieces, and think it is a great, if not one of the best Mario games but he does bring up some good points that help me realize why there were points in my playthrough where I felt.. empty. I went into this video expecting to be outraged by someone not sharing my exact same views on a game, but came out pleasantly surprised with how well he explains his points, and offers a lot of evidence to back up his claims.

So there is my review of his review.

Oh, and hide and seek DLC is coming for free. Luigi confirmed.
