You use the room's special item. Set the room type to special item, and then choose the item by selecting it in the special item box (Screen -> Special Item). Make sure that flag 10 is on the chest (click F to make sure). The combo should already inherit the flag, so placing it yourself shouldn't be necessary. You can set flags using Tools -> Combo Flags.

Hope this helps! :D

The chest is working great.

I have a question about the Treasure Chest (Normal) combo type.

I changed the chest combo to this combo type, and the chest opens if Link pushes against it.

Is it supposed to do this?

Yeah, for whatever reason, the devs made treasure chests open by pushing up against them. Probably cuz setting it to open with A could lead to other issues.

What does the Treasure Chest (Normal, Copycat) combo type do?

I assume you make the lower two combos treasure chest combos (set up as regular chests) and the top two as Treasure Chest (Normal, Copycat) ones, (or copycats to whatever chest type the lower two combos are). Then you do the same as David explaibed above (with the flag on both lower combos).
I'm not 100% sure I'm right, as I've never done this before, but I imagine it'd work
