I've finished the first 3 levels but I am stuck trying to figure out the raft paths to 2 places. I am trying to figure out how to get to the island just south of level 3. I am also unable to get to the middle of the map. All I do is go around in circles. I know where level 4 is but I don't want to go there yet without making sure I have found everything in that area. I am hoping the white sword is in that cave below level 3.

P.S. I hope there a shop that sells magic shields cause a like like ate mine in level 6.

1. The screen in the middle of the Flooded Canyon can be accessed later on when you get the necessary item.

 

2. To get to the screen south of Level 3, you'll need to find this screen, on the left side of the area, but make sure you come from the SOUTH, on the FAR LEFT.

 

From there, follow this route:

 

You'll then find the cave with the Brass Knuckles inside (White Sword equivalent)

 

3. There are shops all over which hold Magic Shields, except for Level 1's area and the main overworld.

I got to the final battle with Starguy12. It went through some dialog and just sits there, the final battle never starts.

 

I tried continuing a few times, no luck.

Weird thing though. I had to push down on my keyboard, for some reason it wasn't working with my controller.

In Crystal Dust (Level 2's area), look for a shop. The shop holds a Bow for 100 rupees.

In the Azure Overworld, go to the top-left area where you should see a cave. In that cave, you'll get the Raft needed to head into the Flooded Canyon. Explore the Flooded Canyon for a bit and you should find Level 3.
