I voted for Nuvo's. It was the one that was both the most interesting and most attractive to me.

Pabru - Good shot i wouldn't change anything on it excpet mabey make the grass slightly (Slighty) more greener
Dawnlight Need i say more
Rem Ok shot but the blue on everything really turned me off it mabey you should have used the pallet from Red
T. Platinum WTF All i can say (why is the floor like that)
Nuvo Looks alot like last week's but hey it's still good
You can guess who got my vote from the simalys

I suppose it's hard to notice because the shot format is small and the colors are low-contrast, but Pabru's shot has numerous tile-usage errors...
The two at the top are arguably acceptable, but many of them are definitely wrong. The design idea for the screen isn't bad (though a bit cramped), but overall I think it could benefit from a better understanding of the tiles. I also think the grass colors are too brownish, but I guess that's subjective.
Dawnlight:
Expertly done. Interesting despite the lack of action. Gets my vote.
Rem:
What's up with the fuzziness?... It's a decent shot, but I'm trying to keep my fondness of snowy GBC areas from making me biased in favor...
T. Platinum:
Dude, you're about 3 months late for April Fools.......
Nuvo:
Getting better. Still note a full-fledged screenshot, but your ZQuest screens are very nice.

It's not an April Fool's, Radien-it's an actual area in my quest. Check out my development thread in my sig

The fuziness is ZC's fault. I had to make it smaller on my own, because it was taking the shot ginormously. Like HUUUUGE. So, yea. That's why.
