I'm thinking I've got a pic to my liking, but it won't win any awards because it has no custom graphics. Seems like they always champion the day in SotW.

You should at least try, you can get really good C&C in SotW, a LOT more than you can get in the screen shot thread.
Yeah, custom graphics do win when used well, but that is just because people like to see new stuff.
