I want to know where Mr. Z got his item sprites. They sorta' remind me of Final Fantasy Mystic Quest. Although, I've never actually played that game.

I believe he ripped most of his sprites from a Japanese subgame of Tales Of Symphonia. It exists in sprite form somewhere over in yon distant land of magicke and wonder.

Oh, I know where he ripped the player sprites. It's the same source from which I ripped the background in my shot this week. Tales of the World 3.

Nothing on that screen was custom, by the way.
The only real custom I made for that rpg... I mean quest, are the sprites for the bad guys.

The design in that shot sucks. The Feng Shui is completely off. No wonder it was ignored.

These aren't real, are they? I ask because I'm having difficulty discerning this from your remarks...

Taku of Miso - The bricks in the ground look TERRIBLE, as does that vine thing next to the guy. What the hell is that guy supposed to be anyhow?

Mighty Darknut - The sunbeams poking through the trees makes the stuff behind it look bad. The pastel colors look bad as well.

Nick - Only one item usable at a time? Lame. The ground near the tree is messed up.

Mr. Z - Great, you get to play as a bunch of effeminate spiky-haired fags. What's with the big hair in such shots anyhow? They themselves, as well as the wolves, clash HORRIBLY against the semi-relistic background. Needs less Japanese influence. Put in work for your country, homie.

Radien - The sky texture is messed up. The subscreen's simplicity looks atrocious against the vivid action screen.
