legend27 - This is a cool screen, I like the attention to detail and lel at that Octorok ready to kill Link on that cliff. The only downside I see is the strange way the rocks go into the ocean water on the bottom left, they don't seem to look right together and it looks as if the mountains just cut off.

Joelmacool12 - Again, a really great shot made from Instrumentality. I really like the way you design screens like this, it almost reminds me of how I make these kinds of screens myself lol I got no criticisms for this one. Great job.

Jared - This is incredibly Minish Cap-like and I love it. Again, got no criticisms, it looks like it's been ripped directly from a GBA game. Great job.

I voted for Jared this week. Good job guys.

I composed a review for everyones screen but the webpage refreshed itself like a retard

I vote for Joelmacool12. This screen is original, offers maneuverability for combating enemies, and has the right amount of contrast. The push block and river dock draws a player into the environment with interaction.

I felt like Jared's captured that description more than Joel's. Funny how that works.

legend27: I like what you're trying to do with this screen. Though I would work on making the ocean-to-mountain transitions less funky. I'm also not a fan of what you did to the portion of mountain that Link's facing towards, it feels odd when people design mountains like that as it's unnecessarily tight and cramped, if that made any sense. But otherwise great concept, good execution, but there's room for a little more polish.

Joelmacool12: I like it and all, especially the river, but I would love to see you take on a classic screen more differently. Different design style, palette, colour scheme, etc. Ever since HDIPZ?, you've been playing safe with your design choices. Would also love to see a proper switch for the boomerang. Good screen otherwise.

Jared: Voted here. Unique palette and nice tiles, structure, etc. Solid screenshot all around. There's few things that catch my attention instantly like the chest and bridge. I personally preferred the old pot design more, but it's nice nonetheless. I really dig it, and I look forward to seeing more of this dungeon or tileset/quest overall.

This is not to be counted for my Sotw. I just want to know whether this makes the cliff look better? 164_nv3lk9.png

Legend - the biggest issue I see here is functionality. The player could easily get stuck by moving on/off screen into bushes on the top right. As others have already stated, there are also some issues with the way the mountains are designed.

Joel - No issues with layout or design, but I wish you would try creating a more pleasant palette than the original Z1 overworld palette. This was a close 2nd for me.

Jared - got my vote. BSMC looks like its coming along nicely. This shot looks very good, no complaints.

I'm going Jared here. That is a very cool screen you did. I'm no expert when it comes to screens or stuff like that, but that is one of your best screenshots you did. I'm giving you my vote here.

Joel, it's a good screen you did but I've seen you done some great ones before. Very solid effort.

ps the pic here i posted is of dani cimorelli. LOL :)
