Seems like a random group of words? Perfect for an easy to remember (and share) seed.

With the newest beta (Beta 3), you can choose to have the seed be a random group of 4 letter words. The results can be... amusing.

As you would expect, there are more Shrines to experience. Each Tier has 7 possible Shrines now.

The last beta made some adjustments to the inventory. This beta builds off of the changes by adding an option to change what the last 5 weapons are. Balanced was the way it worked in previous versions, the rest are new.

Looking for a different challenge? Try out the new Fairy Hunt mode. Tetrarch Fairies are added to the random item locations, and the Elder wants you to find some. The total number of Fairies is determined by the Shrine Count, and the number needed is based on the difficulty of the Elder request.

Remember all those unneeded 100 rupee secret rooms? Yeah, those are much better now. Good luck finding them and figuring out what their clues mean.

If you ever get stuck with a puzzle, the random Old Woman hints may clue you in to a feature of an item you did not know was possible. Besides, what else were you gonna do with all those rupees? Buy potions?


With progress coming along, a 1.0 candidate is getting closer. The next beta will push the Shrine counts to 8 per Tier and 4 Elder, add custom bosses (finally), add the inevitable big secret, some sort of ending that scores your run, and any other important features I've forgotten to list here. That should be all the milestones I want for the 1.0 candidate. Thanks for the continued testing and bug finding.


Bonus Challenge: If anyone can capture a screenshot of a randomly generated seed that contains the words "Lava" and "Fall" as a pair, I would love to see what that kind of seed brings.

I actually tried to get those to come up as a random pair, but they always came up separate.  I did, however, try putting one with the other, when it came in randomly, but nothing seemed special.
