I can't really tell you which of those to get, since I have only played Wind Waker. So, out of ones I have played, you should get WW.

Wind Waker. Metroid is nice, but Wind Waker is so much better. then again, I haven't played all the way through MP or MP2, so I'm pretty biased in this area

Well if you can get the gamecube with the free Metroid Prime game then get that one. 
However, if you are choosing a game, it depends which kind of games you like. I think the Wind Waker rules all of the games on the list. So the WW is what I would pick. However, if you like First Person Shooting and/or Metroid games, then get Metroid Prime.

Well... I'ld say you have only 3 options. Since MP2 is $50, and both WW and MP are $20, you can get both and still have $10 left over. Then later on... like a birthday or the next holiday season, you can get MP2, when it's cheaper... and hopefully the new Zelda game! 
So, in answer, 1 and 3. But, I think WW is better, so I voted for it.

I voted Prime, becuase it's my favoritestnesst game ever. Don't get MP2 if you haven't played the first yet. It just ruins the whole thing. (And despite the rst of the series, this has a good plot)

Metroid Prime is the best GameCube game, and it isn't too tough. I recommend you get that first.
If you get WW first, you might be disappointed and sell your GCN.

Polls closed Windwaker wins but I'll also get MP with it a Game Boy Player and Mega Man Aniversery Collection and wait for MP2 prices to go down I may have enough money to get another new game after if I do I'll get Sonic Adventure 2 Battle.

Get MP1 and completely beat that before even starting on MP2. That how it should be with sequels. And since the topic has served its purpose, closed!
