Herro.

 

As the title so bluntly states, I am looking for sprites of various woodland creatures, such as foxes, deer, squirrels, turtles, raccoons n' stuff like that. Would anyone happen to know where I could find any? Or better yet, would a master of sprite-making be willing to sprite me up some? They don't need to be elaborately detailed. They just need to be super cute and Zelda-y.

How about editing some pokemon (Overworld sprites, heartgold for example) that look like animals and edit them a bit to take away it's pokemon-identity. There are tons of sprites and they all are cute, so you should find some that fit. Other monster-games could help also.

Ah yes, I had forgotten about the critters in ALTTP. Thanks for reminding me. I'll see what I can do with 'em.

That's not a bad idea, actually. I actually wouldn't mind just blatantly putting Pokemon as animals in my game. Thanks for the suggestion~

Oh, those are cute~! I'll probably edit them to make them fit a little better with the DoR Hybrid tileset, but I could probably make 'em work. Thanks~!

I was trying to edit a koten lynel for a bear and or boar.

 

if giant ego i could be hhohoho I can turn anything into anything. which is a lie.

 

that was from something else i was thinking i could do.

 

what are these animal sprites doing? set up for free moving npc? enemies? stationary?
