I can't see any changes at all that should affect operating system

What makes me think that is that when I open it it says the program expects a newer version of windows and it won't open it, so I think that is pretty self-explanatory.

Oh well, that's definately interesting.

I know it's not going to help you much right now (although it should in the long run), but I suggest you post this as a bug at AGN.

Maybe you should try going back a build or two to get those warp tiles.

You don't need to worry about for reasons you already know.

just go back a build or two. I don't think people are currently using the build you are currently using. the warp bug should be corrected after that build you have there.
