Poll: Choose one Company

This isn't a fandom thing. But if you'd HAVE to choose one Entertainment Company of these two, which was it?

Honestly my vote for Disney as well as my first post were kinda shitposty because I really love Spider-Man, which Disney now owns, but that's a weird technicality since they didn't own them until the previous decade. ... er, the previous decade to the previous decade. Fuck. Time.

Anyway, even then, as much as I fucking do love No Way Home, the actual best Spider-Man films (Into the Spider-Verse and then Spider-Man 2) weren't even made by Disney, so...

Don't get me wrong, I do love a lot of the Disney-produced Marvel films and shows. Thor: Ragnarok is an all-timer. But I should probably not base it off the fact they just own Spider-Man. Hell, I have loved the majority of Disney-era Star Wars material, but it still feels kind of wrong to root for Disney in this poll solely based on that.

That said though, there's still plenty of Disney classic films and shows that I love. Aladdin and Emperor's New Groove are two of the greatest animated movies of all time. Then there's most of Pixar's library. (I say "most" because there's a few I'm missing but also fuck the Cars franchise.) Then there's nostalgic attachment to shows like Even Stevens, Lizzie McGuire, That's So Raven, and Phil of the Future. Then there's fantastic cartoons like Proud Family (its reboot is good too!), Phineas and Ferb, and Gravity Falls. Not to mention other childhood classics like DuckTales and Recess.

I could go on. I can't go on because I'd forget a lot, have already forgotten a lot.

However, Warner Bros., is no slouch and the more I think on it the more close this decision becomes. Because yes, as people have pointed out, Animaniacs and Batman: The Animated Series are incredible properties. Plus, I've always preferred Looney Tunes to old Mickey Mouse and friends. I was poking fun at the DC movies but Batman (1989), Batman Begins and the Dark Knight, and The Batman are all incredible movies. Even with how shitty the DCEU is, there are still amazing standout films like Shazam and The Suicide Squad (James Gunn's, to be perfectly clear). There are probably multiple classic films I either forgot or didn't even realize were WB movies that I love, if I really went digging.

Basically both are good. Actually both are objectively evil conglomerates that control too much media and continue to keep the rusty decaying cogs of consumerism turning but at least their products are quality?
