I know Zoria has a list for the tile editor hotkeys, but what about elsewhere in the program? I'm curious if there's any I may be missing for the screen designing process, and speaking from experience there's a few I had no idea existed.  :P

I'll name some of the ones I find the most useful:
Ctrl + V in the combo editor for special paste, very convenient for a variety of things when making new combos.

M in the tile editor for mass assign. So select several tiles, hit M and then it lets you assign them as combos in one single block. You might need to tweak them individually later since you can only do one combo data that will apply for all of them, but very useful.

In the regular screen editor Ctrl, Shift, and Alt are all used for a variety of things with overlap.
Alt: Copy the combo clicked.

Shift: CSet painting, paints your current CSet rather than combo.

Ctrl: Fill mode.
Alt + Shift: Combo and CSet copy.

Ctrl + Shift: CSet fill mode.

This was very useful, thank you.

Especially the ones that Mani mentioned here I was completely unaware of and those are great hotkeys!

And alt+click in the secret combos editor mentioned in Kite's post is awesome too. I always detested having to place secret combos and this makes it much easier.

Edit: I also discovered now that alt+ctrl is scroll to combo on the screen editor, a thing I use a lot myself. :-)
