My name is Jason.
I am using a windows 10 hp laptop.
Whenever I download and play Hard Hat 2: War Ensemble on my laptop the graphics are messed up such as a green visible rectangle around Hard Hat.
How do I fix the problem so that every sprite in Hard Hat 2: War Ensemble appears perfect like in every Hard Hat 2 YouTube video uploaded to YouTube by ZeroGamer2 please?

DOSBOX or a Virtual Machine is the way to go for older programs
Generally speaking your gonna want to install the same version of the OS the game was made. or XP in this Case. Windows 10 sucks...
