I can see how this would be appealing... in some bizarre masticate way, but I think part of the joy of the games is that you can go around shooting simulated creatures and get away with no consequences. I have never once played one of these games and had an inner desire to actually be shot... maybe it's just me. Anyone here want to be shot by some alien scum?

Actually, I thought about it. And no, I dont wanna be shot by alien scum.
But, I did think it might be fun to get shot at by the police while playing
Scarface or Reservoir Dogs, I really think it might add an extra little bit
of edge to the game; it kinda gives you that much more reason to take
extra care and precaution when it comes to avoiding enemy fire. I know I'd
like to take it for a trial run. THANX for the great find, EatinCake!!

Might be interesting, and provide another layer of immersion into the game. On one hand, it might actually raise a player's skill by kicking in their adrenaline; If they have the sensation of bring shot, your body recognizes that as a life or death situation and thus you will gain those effects.
However, long term effects on the body from repeated adrenaline usage might impose negative effects...
