There is one thing that I have never seen in any tileset from links awakening...Those logs in the forest you can enter.

i beleive those are already in the tileset.
A readme file that gives a tutorial on how to use the tileset will be the perfect ending touch on this.

Since the original Gameboy Colour could display 56 colors at a time, it would require 19 c-sets to make work in the way you want it to. I'm guaranteeing you that you'll likely double up, or triple up on the overworld c-sets and c-set 9.
