Just downloaded Origin and it says invalid version. What to do??? It says 210 and that's where I have it.

wow, I put two warnings both in the description and in the tip/cheats section about using the specific beta AND provides links to it and people still don't read. OH well, not my problem.
As for the magical sword, which quest? If its in 1st or 2nd, its where its always been in those quests. Graveyard for first, death mountain for second. For third, its somewhere....else entirely.

Same place as in the original first quest. However, you may wish to bring bombs.

In the 1st quest of Origin, Level-9: The Skull, Where are the Silver Arrows and the Red Mail?

pretty much the same darn place they were in the original. Red mail in upper right, silver arrow in upper left. Might have to do some bombing of walls though.

Bring arrows as well, Popuri. One of the Statues in Level-1 needs to be hit with an arrow.

yes, the quest kinda forces you to explore the overworld a bit more than the original did.
