I think any quest that has illogical puzzles, poorly executed, or just straight out forget ZC is a zelda 1 clone and tries to do something that can't be done with it, should not exist.
Not trying to call anyone out.

- Dungeons where every room is a boring rectangle.
- Using "Hold up item" on absolutely everything.

Update: I just realized I started this topic 3 years ago? Lol
Who dug this one up?
The Death Bringer appears to be in the middle of a resurrection rebellion.

Whoops, I found this topic in a google search, I didn't realize how old it was. My bad.

The praising on things because they were "good in their time". A good game should be timeless.
The believe that things have to be perfect to receive a perfect rating.

My quests.
Oh wait, I only have one quest so my joke doesn't work. Damn it!

I guess I would also agree for any quest that doesn't use the classic tileset or something similar. IMO this is acceptable for quests that want to be similar to Z1 or any other NES-style quest.
And I guess I probably said something similar to this 3 years ago, but most of my old quests definitely shouldn't have existed. Fawful's Kingdom with the terrible fan fiction should have never happened, and it appears I didn't learn from that and made the AR quests which gave the community a nice dose of cringe

I dislike when quest creators put the hammer at level 1. The hammer is too powerful, therefore the hammer should be at levels 6-8.
It actually makes me wish that the hammer did less damage, and also didn't override darknut shields too. It kind of ruins the integrity of a lot of other things in ZC. I personally believe that the swords should be the most powerful weapons you have in most situations, with other items that act as weapons being a better or required choice in just select situations. Maybe I'm just a sucker for tLoZ, back when you needed to deal with darknut shields, you couldn't stun wizzrobes, red ring was the best, magical sword was the best, and 16 hearts was the most life you ever get. And back then, we liked it!

Don't forget about the Gold ring (or black whatever it is)

When you have to go through like 4-5 rooms in a row with nothing but like likes and disabling bubbles, it can tilt you....and throw in the statues spitting fireballs at the same time it's frustrating.
im just now seeing this

Actually you can adjust the amount of damage any item/weapon can do in the editor. Like, you can make candles stronger than bombs for instance. I have no problem with the hammer in level 1 as long as the hammer you find isn't as strong as the magic sword.
