'Everything' isn't very exact.




The tile I have selected in the MISC: Magic Meter sprite entry is the one with the little 'half' and the little potion on it, to the left of the main magic meter tiles.

Update on the Magic Meter situation: It seems no matter how much magic I try to give myself I only get 1 unit of Magic. The thick plottens.

Are the graphics only displaying one block, or do you actually one have one block?

Are you giving it to Link via a cheat or an item?
What item are you using?

I think it's the latter, that I only have one block. Although I'm not 100% sure.


And I'm giving it using a cheat.

Try putting the 'Magic Container' item down on the screen, and see if that works.

I put one down, grabbed it, and it works. Don't know it it'll work with more than one.

With the Ocarina item, what if it was a scripted item that put a Freeze Combo (Except FFCs) on the screen somewhere, pausing the game in effect, and made a little box appear in the middle of the screen which lets you choose the song you want to play?

Glad you've got that working.



The issue with putting a screen freeze combotype on the screen is that currently they freeze the global script.
This pretty much makes them useless in that respect.

However, I asked over at AGN, and _L_'s changed it I think, so maybe in the next version we'll be able to do things like that.

Cane of Byrna is not working, and no, there is no way (practically) to stop Link from facing upwards when the quest starts.

If you have more questions, it'd be much better to make a new post rather than just to update your first one, because people are much less likely to go back and keep checking your first post for updates.

Oh, OK. So I guess that means I should replace the cane with something else.

Any custom items worth getting? I have the shovel Matthew made.

I made bombchus ^_^
They're a replacement for the super bombs though, rather than a whole new item.

I also made a hell of a lot of other things, but I can't remember off the top of my head, sorry.
There are plenty of other people's scripts around too I'm sure.


If you know what you want, it'd be easier to tell you whether have it/whether someone would make it.
