Yesterday I finished making that overworld…

Today I started working on some things to release a second demo for The Hylian Lament.

Some of this is a bit rough, but I do like the background.

Technically did this yesterday, but I mucked around a bunch with scripting a new enemy for my NES-ish quest:

 

I have a version that sticks to a given x value while tracking you, and also a version that follows you across the whole screen. I might throw some additional variations on how they work in the future.

Note pad script, to file notices, images, memos event reports etc. (non linear)
...extracted function from my RE Engine (which is still in progress, like tons of other stuff)
Made this (including the eyxmple menu graphics), within 1 day.

For the one and only elegant Architect, once again

btw, don't be confused.
I created only one Unique image and brief description, for the first note
(making more graphics, just for examples would have been too much. ...while also scrpting at the same time)

...the rest is copied, but the displayed report Messages "Evidence A, B, C, D" are different
...to express the different received notes.

I finished building my title screen and updating my sunscreen with the graphic style I've been using. My first time for both.

I've also excited to see my entry in Screen Rebirth 5. I'm trying to put myself out there more, to better my work and push myself further. I'm so excited I could get no votes and still be a happy man.
