IotM No. 3 begins next week. Please submit your theme suggestions, and I'll put up a poll, including those submitted with the entries for this month.

I will be putting the IotM No. 2 submissions up in around 36-hours. I have some pretty intensive work to complete, and they take a bit of time, but there are only a handful for February, so the poll should be easy to manage

In the meanwhile, please submit theme ideas, or make other suggestions for IotM No. 3.

As a special treat, we will be rolling over theme suggestions from prior months in the polls, so that they don't simply die if we don't ultimately select any of them for a given month.

Exception given to themes that are applicable to only one month, or season.

I'll throw my suggestion for March up here: Luck-themed, or fortune-themed items.

In the submission I suggested "Powerup (clock, guardian acorn, etc.)". I'll throw in another, though:

 

"A horrible, horrible pun".

It might be fun to see an item that somehow changes/affects the enemies onscreen.

How about an item that stuns enemies in a unique way.

Here are some possible themes for either this week or future weeks:

-Melee Weapon

-Ranged Weapon

-Elemental Item (has to have some sort of elemental effect:  earth, wind, fire, ice, water, light, etc.)

-Bottled Item (doesn't necessarily have to be a potion or have a healing affect but should be something in a bottle)

-Adverse Item - this is an item that actually does something bad to Link; cause a unique jinx, damages him, have a 50/50 chance of causing damage to all enemies or instantly killing Link instead, charges up your sword to do more damage but at the expense of draining health - something.  It could be either an item you use or even just a pick-up item
