I am aware how to set up warp rings and give the item (in this case the whistle, obviously) the warp ring it needs to work with. However, when I toot my floot, the whirlwind takes me to the starting screen of the overworld (0x77 Hyrule or 0x77 Lorule) instead of one of the nine defined warp spots in the ring. When I load up the "example 1st" quest, the warps work correctly and I see no difference in the editor how the warps are set up.

Oh my god ... the rule is not set in the "Rules", but in the "DMap" ... one small cross has to be unchecked "Whistle Whirlwind Returns Link To Start" ... after two days of searching, and shortly after posting it here, I found the solution.

Thanks...
That's one thing, I didn't know, yet.
