As an alternative to that script, you could use a combo with a button trigger. Check the "Btn: Bottom" check under Triggers->Other and assign the combo a button to check for. Then under Triggers->Effects check "Triggers Secrets" and set Combo Change to 1. This will give you a combo that reacts to pressing a button from the south by triggering secrets. You can place that on an FFC and it'll work similarly to the door knocking script.

For a two-combo door, do what Moosh said for the bottom combo, but also set 'Copycat' to '1'. Then for the top combo, set 'Combo Change' to '1' and 'Copycat' to '1'.
If you need to have more than one door on screen, they will need to be different combos, with different copycat numbers.

You can find the Copycat field in the Combo Editor. Go to the Triggers tab and then the States/Spawning subtab.
