#11 In the Third Dungeon there is a trigger setted as Permanent, however, after leaving the screen, the secrets return to as they were before the secret was triggered. Why is that? PS the D-Map is setted as a Dungeon.

I just have Link walk on layer 1, and put whatever "under" combos I need on layer 0

You should explain more how this works. You've caught my interest.

1) Make Link walk on the screen with the "under" combos.

2) Make another screen that will appear above that screen, but under Link.

In the screen in step 1) mark the screen in step 2) as Layer 1

Since Layer 1 appears under Link, your'e golden.

Gotcha. Pretty cool idea you have.

Thank you, that can turn out to be usefull.

But do the combos keep their properties on a different layer than 0. Can a rock still be pushed, and a bush still be cutted?

I think there are quest rules that enable combos on other layers.

However, I would just put a bush or a rock on layer 1

Theres two screen flags that make layer 2 and 3 background. Those could be used instead.

Yes, that works too. For myself I find it easier to keep things straight if Layer 2 is above Layer 1.

If you want to cut bushes that use the undercombos on layer 1, you have to put push block on layer 0, and put a "No push block" in the direction it's going (If you put a push up" on it, put a "No push blocks" above it.

I've said this before and I'll say it again. I can catch lightning in a bottle, but I can't figure out what the hell you just said. icon_lol.gif
Just kidding. Seriously though, could you explain how this works. Cause I don't understand.

You have 2 layers. Layer 0 and 1.
You put the bush itself on layer 0. Then you put the undercombo, aka the cut grass, etc. on layer 1. You go back to layer 0, and you put a push block flag on the bush. (Which will show an undercombo now if you have the layer showing)
Lets say you put a "Push left" flag on it. Since if you push it left, it will reveal the undercombo! We don't want that. So put the "No ush blocks" flag in the way, so it can't be pushed. Now, when you slash it, it will show the undercombo.

Understand?
