Have you ever sacrificed a heart container rather than spend rupees?

I wonder if there's a way to take note of which one you left and have dummy chests around the world which give money or life depending on how many hearts you've left to the Old Man.

 

i like the idea, but i wonder if there no way for..a more violent solution, but i guess Link will never do that..i guess i play too much to Skyrim recently

That Sounds Like a Fun Idea Which You Could add in an Quest wehere you Could Play as Hero or Bad Guy That Were Defenitivly The Choice for Bad Guys :D

On Ballad of a Bloodline series, sacrificing a heart container is good way rather than spending monies depending on the situation. Also, on some very hard or challenging quests, spending monies isn't selectable virtually in several rooms.

 

On The Adventure of Kain, the return of Ganon, main character Kain is a bad guy. If main character is a bad guy like it,  violent solution might be one of the choices.
