As for enemies, most are not anything to be fearful of...
Cercopes - Monkey-like thieves. Low damage output, but can steal your monies, and maybe other things.
Comedy Mask - Masks that float and can give Prometheus the drunk effect.
Drama Masks - A pair of masks that can turn off permanent jinxes.
Satyrs - Goat-like creatures, that do small damage with things like daggers.
Tragedy Mask - Masks that float and can jinx Prometheus' sword, temporarily or permanently.
