I absolutely adore rosemary. It plus salt can make many foods better, like bread, meat, and potatoes... It's basically magic. I don't think I could describe the taste in any meaningful way other than complex and aromatic.

I've really taken some thyme to think, and I think I've reached a fennel decision...I don't want to be hypherbolic, but herbs suck. It might not be costmary to say so, and I'm not cumin in here to tell you what's what, but I think I feel this way parsley because they're just overhyped. I've tried to get on board but I just don't think I cayenne. What's the big dill with them anyway? The enthusiasm in this thread is distherbing.
You herb it here first.
