This thread is reserved for any who might find a download link of one of the database's quests or tilesets to be broken who wouldn't mind bringing it to our attention. Please do not post here otherwise.

Hey, all! I'm commenting about Russ's Light of the Heaven's quest link. I'm not sure if this is a problem on my end or the server's, but every time I download his quest, I try to play it (on the correct build, along with others), and it doesn't work. I tried to open it up in ZQ to see if there was a problem with the header, and yep, there was. Again, I've downloaded the quest multiple times, and tried using 7-zip and the Windows default zip file handler, and unzipped multiple times, and every time, it doesn't work. I'm hoping there's just a mix-up of bits on the server's download... or something else that's easily fixed by a re-upload.

I hope that fixes the problem; I've never had trouble opening quests before. ^^'

Thanks in advance, and many happy tears for finally adding an "official" 2.5 resource center!

Confirmed. That's odd... The version of my PC and the version at ZCRealm still work. I'm guessing it was an error during the uploading process. Anybody who wants to download it can use the link in my sig until the link in the database gets fixed.

Downloaded the quest, zipped it again, reuploaded it. Try it now. Hope that helps.

Still broken. Try using a different browser to download it or something.

Alright; Russ's version on ZCRealm works, but the link in the post here on PZC is still broken. However, when I use Firefox to download it on PZC, it works fine. I was using Chrome earlier; it turns out Chrome was only downloading about 300 bytes of the zip file. I guess there's a clash between Chrome and the server, since I downloaded the quest off of ZCRealm with Chrome just fine (along with everything else I've downloaded).

Thanks for the help, though, guys!

Chrome has been giving me issues with PureZC lately as well. So if it works downloading off of Firefox, well, I guess I don't know what to say besides that. icon_shrug.gif

Downloading it right now. Seems like a pretty fun quest.

Okay, never mind. There is no quest file.

The above two posts moved from the quest "Requiem for Hyrule."

Remember: We do have a thread for broken link reportings. And make sure you don't comment on a quest if you haven't played it. It's the same rules as the site database.

I fixed the link. It should work fine now. icon_smile.gif
